The Office of Student Justice is administered by Ismael Amaya. The office collaborates with Texas State students, faculty, and staff to investigate and adjudicate alleged student violations of the Texas State Code of Student Conduct which is published in the official Texas State University-San Marcos Student Handbook.

The Handbook is produced by the Office of University Marketing and the Office of the Dean of Students. All information contained herein is subject to change without obligation or notice. Any additions, deletions, or revisions are reviewed for approval and made available in the Dean of Students Office.
