Student Service Fee Application FY18

The Student Service Fee Committee is accepting applications for one-time and permanent funding for 2016-2017. Applications must be submitted by January 13, 2017 for consideration.

We will now be accepting only the new electronic fillable form for Student Service Fee applications. This will ensure consistency of the information and that the correct form is being used. The Student Service Fee Committee Chair will receive the requests and send them to the Provost for the academic requests. For both Academic and Student Affairs requests, electronic and scanned signatures will be accepted. The contact person will submit the Funding Application and supporting documents via the online form and the Student Service Fee Committee Chair will forward them to the Provost and Vice President for Student Affairs. The Provost and the Vice President for Student Affairs will route their prioritized Division requests back to the Student Service Fee Committee Chair. Those applying will be able to attach supporting/additional documents below.                                            

The committee will review the applications in the spring semester. Meeting dates have been placed on the Dean of Students Office website as well as any other pertinent information.
 
Once submitting the form, you should receive a confirmation page thanking you for your submission. If you do not, please contact Shelby Pritchett at 245-5322 or sp1304@txstate.edu to ensure your application has been received.

Please have required signatures (chair/director and dean) prior to submission. Electronic and scanned signatures will be accepted. We will obtain signatures from the Provost and the Vice President for Student Affairs. Signatures may be electronic (through Adobe Acrobat) or handwritten (scanned).
