Student Service Fee Application FY23

The Student Service Fee Committee is accepting applications for one-time and permanent funding for 2022-2023. Submission deadline is Friday, January 21, 2022. Applications will NOT be accepted after this date.

We will now be accepting only the electronic fillable form for Student Service Fee applications. This will ensure consistency of the information and that the correct form is being used.

  • For all Academic, Institutional Inclusive Excellence, Finance and Support Services and Student Affairs requests, electronic and scanned signatures will be accepted. The contact person will submit the Funding Application and supporting documents via the online form and the Student Service Fee Committee Chair will forward them to the Provost, Vice President for University Administration, and the Vice President for Student Affairs.
  • The Provost, Vice President for University Administration, Vice President for Finance and Support Services and the Vice President for Student Affairs will route their prioritized Division requests back to the Student Service Fee Committee Chair. Those applying will be able to attach supporting/additional documents below.                                            
The committee will review the applications in the spring semester. Meeting dates will be placed on the Dean of Students Office website as well as any other pertinent information.
 
Once you have submitted the form, you should receive a confirmation page thanking you for your submission. If you do not, please contact the Dean of Students Office at 512-245-2124 to ensure your application has been received.
 
 

Funding Application and Additional Information

Submit electronically your request, budget breakdown, and any additional information, evidence or support below.

Please have required signatures (chair/director and dean) prior to submission. Electronic and scanned signatures will be accepted. We will obtain signatures from the appropriate Vice Presidents. Signatures may be electronic (through Adobe Acrobat) or handwritten (scanned).
